Sometimes the deepest work happens in intimate, one-on-one containers. Ashik offers private sessions for individuals and couples seeking support in their journey of awakening, conscious relating and embodied living.
Individual Sessions with Ashik
Work one-on-one with Ashik to explore meditation, embodied practices and conscious relating. His grounded, warm presence supports you in finding your authentic expression and innate wholeness.
What to expect
An Individual Session with Ashik is a journey to self love; it is a journey to discover, accept and let go of social conditioning, pressure, contractions and limitations that can keep you stuck in the same patterns. However, patterns are often in place for a reason and it is acknowledging their purpose and accepting them, that can help us in letting go of them if they are no longer of service.
It is an opportunity to solve things that aren't solved in groups or workshops.
Ashik holds a safe space, with an awareness and consideration of each individual's traumas and limitations. The pace of sessions are led mostly by the client and you are encouraged to be free and express yourself authentically. You will have the opportunity to discover and develop both the masculine and feminine energies within you as well as experience and express your shadow.
Ashik's sessions are tailored to your individual needs. He will draw on his extensive studies of Tantra, Learning Love, breath work, shamanism, somatic experience, abdominal and ecstatic massage. Using some or all of these techniques to assist you in discovering your true potential and ultimate freedom.
This is an opportunity for you to release all obstacles to feeling yourself, to be present, to still the mind, dropping into true presence. Acknowledge the fear inside, and connect with the divine beings that we all are. When we have this eagle eye view, we can experience that everything is sacred and divine, there is no attachment to the pain and suffering, pain is energy, allow yourself to feel it, and don't block any feelings. Feel the beauty of both pain and pleasure. Connect with the wisdom and magnetic field of the heart in what will be a sacred experience.

After the first session, a tailored set of sessions or a programme will be designed specifically for you, focusing on your unique objectives and progress.
Couples Sessions with Ashik
Navigate the terrain of intimate partnership with Ashik's guidance. His approach honors both the masculine and feminine, supporting couples in finding deeper connection, honest communication and renewed aliveness.
What to expect
This is an opportunity discover and explore the masculine and feminine energies in yourself and your partner, with the guidance of an experienced facilitator.
It is a journey to discover, accept and let go of social conditioning, pressure, contractions and limitations that can keep you both stuck in the same patterns, where each plays the same stories over again, projecting our individual conditioning onto the other. With a facilitator, you can be made aware of your individual projections onto your partner, and they can be made aware of how their reactions can make the situation worse. By going through a process specific to your needs, you can work together to learn how to respond with awareness and communicate from a place of love, learning to deepen your connection to yourselves and each other.
If you are seeking more intimacy in sex with your partner, couple sessions with Ashik can lead you into a sacred and safe space, for you to explore each other and learn techniques to assist each other in diving deeper into love.

Using some or all of these techniques to assist you in deepening your sacred, sexual connection.
This is an opportunity for you both to release all obstacles between you, to be present, to still the mind, dropping into true presence. It is an opportunity to acknowledge the divine beings in each other, to feel the freedom that comes with accepting Love and sex are dangerous.
